Tax-Exempt Purchases: Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate-tax-exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. Refunds: NO Refunds will be given as there is no expressed or implied warranty of items. Any and all shipping arrangements, including price, should be negotiated in advanace with the third-party provider. We will not be liable for items picked up and mailed by a third-party arranged by you at your own expense. Shipping: Most of our auctions are pick-up only. Sales, Equip-Bid, and the Buyer agree that no adjustments or refunds will be made. In the even an item is not available for pick-up, the Buyer must notify our onsite staff and file a claim within 24 hours of the pick-up date by replying to your original emailed invoice noting which items were not available for pick-up. Sales by email or phone no later than 9:00 am the day following the auction's close. If you feel you have won an item and have not received an email, you must notify P.W. The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale. Removal: Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items. Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. Items remaining at the sale location after 30 days will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. If you fail to pick up your won items during the scheduled pick-up times, you will incur a storage fee of $100.00 per day per invoice. In order to pick up your won items, you will need to schedule an appointment on your invoice page. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location. Pick-Up: If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Exact change is required on cash payments. You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier’s check. Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file. Payment onsite is NOT accepted at this location. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying. Payment: The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately following the close of the auction.
